If you have decided to cancel your order please mail us within 24 hours of placing the order at dvecollection@gmail.com. The payment will be refunded to you by the same mode as paid within 10-15 days.

EXCHANGE only

• As a made to order brand, we currently offer exchanges only.
• We do not process refunds. We kindly encourage you to review the measurements carefully before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit. For any questions please email us at dvecollection@gmail.com
• We hope our garment brings a smile to your face and you absolutely enjoy wearing it , because we have really enjoyed making your garment with love and care.
• The colour on your device screen and the real garments may be slightly different as our clothes have been shot outdoors.
• Upon receipt of your order if there is any problem please mail us on dvecollection@gmail.com.
• For your garments to be eligible for exchange you must return the garment in perfect and unused condition in their original packaging. Exchange is possible within 10 days of your receiving the order only and the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 10-15 days.
• The cost of returning the garment will be borne by the customer. The merchandise will be checked and if everything is okay an email will be sent along. The garment must be returned for an exchange within 20 days.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned garment, we will help you with an exchange. Exchanges must be claimed within 60 days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned garment.
• Exchanges are permitted once per order only.
• Please be careful while trying on the garments. The merchandise should be returned in an unused condition as DVE holds the right to not accept returns in case the garment appears to be used or damaged.
• Pieces bought on sale are non-refundable.
• Customization– please drop us an email with your requirement on dve@thedve.com.
• To preserve the longevity of your DVE garment, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash, no prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. DVE should not be held responsible for damaged caused due to improper care.
• DVE are made by hand and demand and specifically for a customer. Hence refunds are not available. Refunds are only available if an order is unfulfilled or if there is any manufacturing defect in the garment which needs to be communicated through photos to the team on dvecollection@gmail.com. All our fabrics are handwoven and handmade and slight variations in measurements, colours or texture of the fabric are not considered a defect in the product.
